Morrisflex Ltd recently celebrated 25 years in business, having been originally formed in October 1981,by means of a management buy-out. The company was acquired by an Irish Engineering Group in the summer of 2005, to strengthen the Group's position in both home and export markets.It is now considered a significant player on the global stage.
  • The company occupies modernised premises in an attractive rural location, in Northamptonshire, and employs some 40 people with a turnover of £2.5million.
  • Morrisflex manufactures an extensive range of rotary burrs, in both Tungsten Carbide and HSS, Contact wheels and Abrasive Mounted Points all of which are used for surface finishing.
  • In spite of the diversity of product and processes, modern manufacturing methods and state of the art machinery are widely used.
  • The company has BSI accreditation to ISO 9001:2000 and there is a well equipped Quality Control Department which is managed by the Quality Co-ordinator.
  • Customers are well serviced by our Marketing Team and direct Sales force together with a comprehensive network of distributors.
  • Customer support is underpinned by an Engineering Department that provides design and development capability using up to date technologies such as CAD and Solid Modelling.
  • Morrisflex is very active in export markets with some 40% of total output going overseas.
  • France, Germany,Scandanavia,Russia and Japan are all important destinations for our products.
