Morrisflex offers a comprehensive and competitive range of
standard tools covering all ISO shapes and sizes in a variety of cut styles.
Standard shank sizes are metric Ø3, Ø6 and Ø8 being the most popular.
In addition a range of Long shank tools with a 150mm shank length is
offered.

Special tools are also catered for but unless required in large volume these
will be made to order and invariably subject to a minimum quantity of 25 pieces
per part number.

These tools can often have non standard teeth numbers, special tooth geometries,
alternative materials and customised size and shank details.

A range of coatings can be offered but the most popular is Titanium Nitride
[TiN]
